Our first visit to your home:
Our first visit to your home in Belleville, Fairview Heights, Swansea, Shiloh, O'Fallon, and near SAFB will consist of meeting with you and your dog(s). We will discuss your needs and concerns. If you decide to use our services we will thoroughly clean your yard of dog waste. Whether you need a special one time cleanup for special occasions, like a barbecue, wedding, graduation, or selling your home; or a regular schedule to keep your yard in great shape all year long; we will make sure the yard is clean and presentable.
We double bag all dog waste and place it in your trash receptacle. The Pet Busters can come out and cleanup dog waste in your in Belleville, Fairview Heights, Swansea, Shiloh, O'Fallon, and near SAFB yard. We all love our pet(s) but do not love the job of cleaning up after them, or just do not have the time. Let us do the work for you.
Dog waste is unhealthy to your yard and family. It can ruin your lawn, and in some cases carry disease that can affect family members or other pets. We will let you know if we find anything in the stools while cleaning, and leave a note on your notice.
A notice will be left on your door after the service is complete.
Referral program:
We also offer a referral program for each new client you refer to The Pet Busters. When you refer someone that lives in Belleville, Swansea, Shiloh, Fairview Heights, O'Fallon and near SAFB Illinois area to us and they sign up and pay for their service, your next service is free.
Vacation hold:
If you need a vacation hold for our pet sitting services, just call or email us 24 hours in advance. You will not be charged for service.
Your regular service program:
After the initial cleaning at your home in Belleville, Fairview Heights, Swansea, Shiloh, O'Fallon, and near SAFB we can start your regular service program. We can create a custom plan to meet any special needs coming out once a week, twice a week, or bi-weekly.
Dogs can be in the yard while cleaning. You do not need to be there when we clean the yard, but if you lock the gate you can provide us with a key or combination. We will secure the gate while cleaning and when we leave.
We disinfect our tools and shoes after every service call.
If weather is not permitting, we will reschedule your regular cleanup within the next day or two. When your regular day falls on a holiday we will work out a different day.
